I have absence of 170 days , do I need a cover letter .

70 days was continous in year 2008 ( official work), rest are week , two week types - holidays .

1st day out of UK will be : 22nd dec and last day will be 5th Jan ?

My passport says arrived Delhi on 22nd Dec so logically it should be 1st full day out of UK as expected .

Do we need to maintain maintenance fund while applying for ILR ? Is this same as Tier 1 that is 90 days maintenance fund.

I have 2 dependents so in that case should it be 800 + 533 + 533 = GBP 1866 in last 90 days.
