uksettlement ... I don't think that is correct as per latest rule .... I thought someone mentioning that one need to be in DEPENDENT visa for 2-5 years ...

Thanks a lot!

But I wanted to know whether they do indeed send a receipt of 100 GBP in letter?

I got multiple email's confirming my appointment (same email which I received immediately after booking appointment) for 2-3 days after i paid 100 GBP..

we all on Tier 1 and HSMP get points for English ..... so we are all fine ... even if you go to extension we need to show we meet english requirement ... so we all fine ...

Also.. till now no one has reported the rejection because they did not have absence letter.... so seems like guidelines not followed strictly ...

Apologies if this has been answered already. I entered in HSMP ..moved on to Tier 1 ... In section 3 ... do I fall under A or B? All falling under A need to fill section 9. Now Section 9 talks about ONLY Tier based visa ... no reference to HSMP ...mostly around salary band ... I do meet the point sc...

reason you not getting replied is coz this "type" of question has been asked MANY times ......
Answer is ... you should be fine with 180 days per year clause .... so relax and be confident ....

But it requires one to register and all that ... just want to know if someone who is already registered to let me know what is the earliest date available to take the test ... i.e. can I get date for coming monday? what is the waiting time for the earliest date... thanks
