I've just obtained my FLR today on my new company. I've completed 5 years under Work Permit. Shall I go for ILR now?

Is it good if I apply for ILR the very next day after I got FLR? Also I just started the work with this new company, so no Pay Slips with this new company...will that affect?

My Bank Statements show more than 1000 pounds every month but I withdraw every month that amount.

Though my last statement shows more than £1000 in my account,

Will the withdrawl affect my FLR?

I understand the above said documents are compulsory for a dependent visa. Do they still ask all for Family visa as well?

I'm bit worrying since my bank statements have some over drafts in past months...
