Please answer qun regarding salary.

ust one more quick qun....
We should consider our gross salary or our net salary.
e.g. in my case gross salary is 500,000 Rupees p.a.
but net salary is 420,000Rupeesp.a.
So, i should calculate points considering gross salary or net salary?

Just one more quick qun....
We should consider our gross salary or our net salary.
e.g. in my case gross salary is 5 lacs p.a.
but net salary is 4.2 lacs p.a.
So, i should calculate points considering gross salary or net salary?
