hi guys, want to ask that my freind gt his hearing date on 17/02/10.and he is thinking to attend his hearing w/out his representattve.if he would attend his hearing without his legal representative so homeoffice lawyer wil ask him questions or not.if anybody knows or who been to his hearing on there...

in test case determination judge dismiss the case of three students not other students , and he didnt mention that all the cases related to ccl will be dismiss ,, so u guyz keep trying and get ur appeal date to prove that u study there...

hi,, my friend also got 75 marks from ccl extention igs to psw , but he got the right of appeal bcoz for his maintenance funds..i dont know wot HO they are doing there ..... on one side they are refusing the application and in some cases they are giving points for the qualification .... wel god bles...

my friend got refusal without right of appeal from the same college , they have all records with them bcoz he didnt send his college documents with his application.
you should call to tribunal because when you lodge your appeal , tribunal send u letter with appeal number and hearing date,,, if ur solicitior gave you appeal number then he must know the hearing date , so call tribunal and tell them to send u a letter on your home address.
