If she is wrong then I agree with you she does needed to, sitting in homeoffice and giving wrong info to the applicant, imagine if someone apply and let say they loose all their fees for nothing I dont know why I got the feeling that the people see in UKBA customer service are mostly dont know about...

Thanks for the advice I am feeling much better and confident as I can have a HMRC employment history fax as P60 alternative to show to them if they ask about it.

suresh.k.dasari did you get the ILR, share your experinace with us, I am going for ILR interview on 13 Aug and I have also 2 years P60 missing just like you,

I did have 5 years bank statements, also I had asked the HMRC to fx me my last 5 years employment history

I had 3 years p60 tax returns but I had all 5 years pay slips I can use that to show that I had payed the tax and get the salary for five years

My child dont have a passport, they told me that I can have my baby as my dependent with ILR application, but I am interested in it if he gots the indefinite or citizen ship

Why they need p60 ? Isnt payslip and bank statement enough?

My Tier 1 general visa expiring in september 2012 and I will apply for my extension then is it still ok if I apply for my mom visit visa to come and visit me in uk from pakistan between 1 july 2012 to 30 aug 2012 or I didnt have not enough visa left on my passport

No actually Naric certifiate didnt says anything about the english language, but when i read the guidance note its says I can use the naric to proof that degree is equal to uk bachelor and then I will attach the letter from university that degree is taught in english and also the degree.
