Mine has been with them also 2 months now.I have written several times but all the reply i get has been "no decision yet"
I believe the uk embassy staff in dublin thinks they can do anything they want with people's life.
I am considering a return of my application.

To be honest i do not think i have an answer to how long UK embassy in Dublin takes to decide a family permit application.My friend's application has been with the embassy in dublin for well over 7weeks now.He is actually frustrated because of their long silence.Refusal or Approval,why cant somebody...

I am Eu citizen residing with my family(non Eu with Stamp4 eu fam card).We both travelled to Germany.We got a good reception at Bremen because the IO seems to know she does not require a visa as long as we travel together.The funny thing is on our arrieval at ireland,the IO seems not to know his job...

Thanks for your reply.I will copy the exact word used when i get back to ireland tomorrow night.The entry clearance officer not only wrote it down,he also made many emphasis on her previous illegality in the uk during the interview
