and if you want to make payment with icici,make sure you know the daily limit from icici ,i have seen so many applications sent back as invalid as it didnt go through as the limit is 750 £
but any way yours is same day service but make sure,this is my advice only.

just invitation letter is enough no need to take any other id,but make sure
to write down the brn number in the column of the biometrics invitation letter.

you will receive the brn number for the main applicant only , which has to be filled in the brn no column on the appointment letter you received for the main applicant and dependents.

as you are paying the accountant tell him to mention the reg no on the accountant letter.In many refusals they mention we cannot verify the accountant registered with a registered body.

ofcourse you cant they have certain limit of funds withdrawl per day,i think 700 pounds which is 300 cash and 400 pounds for purchases.any way enquire with them before giving bank details,
one thing for sure you can do home office payment with icici cheques as there is no limit.

call the bank immediately and say u lost the card, they will stop all the transactions, and your application will be received in a week saying it cant be processed as the bank didnt authorise the payment.

why dont you go to university and submit ,birth certificate ,10th and 10+2 certificates saying the surname was wrong on the university memo, they will change it for you,in order to quicken the process you should know some one
who works in university.

tell them it is for visa purpose, if that particular bank is not ready to stamp go for the other, print the particular page from the ukba stating it has to be stamped,dated and signed, definetely they will do for you,i have done it for many times and dont forget to take a covering letter as well.bes...

just dont worry ,it will not be refused ,if the payment is not gone through they will not touch the application,instead they will send back as invalid application,
