ILR - Away from UK for 5 months due to medical reasons

Dear friends,
I need your advice on my case, i was away from UK for a consecutive period of 5 months in the past 5 years on medical reasons. Would that make me unqualify for ILR ?

Appreciate your help.

Special Delivery Envelop

Dear friends,
Inorder for the HO to send us our documents back we need to provide self addressed special delivery envelop as per the guidelines in ukba website. Does it mean that we have to prepay(Affix stamps) for the envelop or HO will do ? Any idea ?

Thanks
