Application in April declined due to maintenace funds

Appeal heard early August

Call letter received Mid Sep

Visa and passport returned end of Sep.

Just the final update, have received my passport and visa back. Thanks to all the people that helped me out and good luck to all those still trying. Stick with it the process does end eventually.

Whether you declare it or not they will decline your application. The rules have been made alot stricter, a student visa will always be alot easier to obtain than a working visa

sorry to say but your application will declined if you put it on the application or not as that offence is considered serious enough to decline your right to stay in the UK. Just wanted to update.

Just had my appeal allowed didn't hire a lawyer and proved to be ok as had prepared a good case myself.

Why did the AIT throw it out...? What evidence did you supply to the court and HO regarding maintenance..?

What were the specifics of the appeal, as If you had new evidence to provide on the funds the Judge could have found in your favour..?
