Is it better to apply for citizenship by means of naturalisation if you are a refugee in this country...??? Because i've met them as well- never worked once they arrived- they earned approx. 20 euro per week....and they own more than one car !! Great little island.... :) Am glad you finally figured...

Are you referring to FIS? I think thats only for the work permit holders.
If you are Irish you can get your spouse no problem but the child I dont know to be honest but I think 80 percent maybe you can.

I am not expert on this but others here are. just wait for a reply I guess.

we dont know that asrpb. when i got approved there is only 2 of us in this forum got approval same day, but when we went for oath there are around 70 people in Court. only few know about this forum so i think we have apporvals that we dont know about. hang in there buddy your approval will come soon...

why did they turn you away? I know workers there are sometimes rude if you dont have all necessary documents. if you are applying for re entry visa (worker) doors are open at 8 am and then you go to the counter near the entrance to get a number but you must have your work permit passport payslip etc...
