i thought normally solicitor charges £5 for each documents. I guess I will have to certify the travel document, driving license, still cheaper than the checking service. However, if the home office thinks that they need more documents, will they write to me and ask for it or just totally deny my app...

ntl processing time

HI, I sent my ntl application to put the stamp on my passport in Oct 11. I received a letter of acknowldgement in Nov 11. I put a special delivery envelop for them to return my original documents ( ILR documents ). Up till now, they have not returned any documents, neither did i receive my passport....

Hi, thanks. I can wait next year for naturalisation. My husband can have dual citizenship and would like to keep his passport for travelling home. His passport wil expire in 4.5 years. I just want to make sure when he gets his new passport, he does not have to apply for another Ntl stamp.

hi, did you hear anything from Home office? i have a friend who will apply next month. it says in the website that u will receive acknowledge letter within 7 days.
when u send in photos, did u cut them into individual photo of 35 mm x 45 mm? it is a bit confusing.

I don't think it is wrong. Refugee used to be granted indefinite leave to remain and then they changed it to limited leave to remain for 5 years since August 2004. When I called HO, I was told that the first batch is not due to apply for ILR and maybe we have to wait and see the new forms. Maybe tha...

It is called ACD.2151 at the bottom of the A4 paper with a sticker states residence permit limited leave to remain in the uk.

The decision letter from Home Office has ASL. 2167. at bottom, the second page is ASL. 0725.

Can you help with the above information.

it is called limited leave to remain for 5 years, that is why I can't find any form applies to me.id the form they have is either discretionary leave for 4 years or humanitarian for 4 yrs and there is year restriction . I got mine in 2006 expires in 2011.
Can anyone give me any idea here?
