hi there please did anyone know how to raise complaint toward the AIU(home office). my appeal was allowed more than 10 weeks ago, i am still yet to hear from the UKBA agencies about what they are doing to implement the AIT decision in my favour, please could someone tell me what next to do. cheers K...

Are saying POU AND AIU are the same? Do they handle same responsibility? because the postal addresss i got for the AIU is quite different to the one you just gave me.
