When can I apply for British passport? and can I be Dual Nationality? Dutch and British?

One more question: My son born in London last year (18th-May-2010) he got a Dutch passport, is he British Citizen as well?

well I did complain to the ukba nwcs unit per email, and the only thing they said to me: your complaint been forwarded to the case worker department for action!

This was well over a month now and nothing else...
No letter or anything else...

I am Dutch and wife is Iraqi, check my other posts to know my whole story!

I got a case ID after asking them to get it on the phone, and will send them a fax requesting to receive a letter with a case ID, hope this way to know my case worker.

I received the passport today :) My complaints: - called Home Office on 0845 010 5200 asking about the progress, when they said it's in a queue for consideration I said that it has been six months and it is against my rights etc. . No one answer this number, same rubish message, we busy ... blabla ...

I was also told it will take this long, but I didn't take it. I complaint to the Home Office, I was calling them every week, I complaint to my MP. I received a response for my complaint from the HO on the 11th of July. And on the 20th they have granted my husband's visa and he should get it by end ...

My wife had interview last week Tuesday, 6th July regarding her national insurance number.

And will hear from them 2-6weeks!

Nothing yet about her Residence Card.

You do not need any EEA2 or RC to register your wife with your GP/NHS!

Just go to your GP and register her, they will give you a form, fill it in and thats all ( they need proof of ID of your wife and marriage certificate ).

She will receive her NHS card registration per mail.
