My friend, as the home office has been recognised you as the refugee and grant you the refugees status, you will have to wait until the expire date. You are more likely to be granted ILR after that time.

mate, You need to find out which team is dealing with your case, of course your case has been treated as legacy case but who is dealing with ur case.
