Re: ILR PBS - Sick unpaid leave outside UK.

Get the letter from employer. Your 44 days leave - is it in the last 15 months prior to application. Just asking and this should not be an issue as long as you meet the points from PBS calculator.

Be sure that you are not having absences of more than 180 days outside the UK in the last 5 years.

No specific reason. I was confused with the dates so wanted to apply as close as possible to expiry date.

Re: 90 Days Rule Confusion

The professional advice does not appear to be correct. You are eligible to apply 28 days before 02 June 2015. Of course as long as you qualify the continuous period. The earliest one can apply for Indefinite Leave To Remain under Tier 1General would be 28 days before completing 5 years. Please be in...

Re: ILR query -please help

No. You should not be out of UK for more than 180 days in total during the 5 years. No more than 180 whole days absence are allowed in any of the five, four, three or two consecutive 12 month periods, depending on the category, preceding the date of the application for indefinite leave to remain (IL...

Re: Kids under 18 ILR or citizenship

Is your son born in India?

He is not entitled to register for British citizenship after you're granted ILR. Therefore, he shouldn't skip ILR.

Re: ILR query -please help

Senior members, please respond. 1. The earliest one can apply for Indefinite Leave To Remain under Tier 1General would be 28 days before completing 5 years. When did you enter UK? 2. Not all of us would possibly have 5 years of continuous employment.. don’t worry, its only 12 months within the last ...

Re: ILR Appointment

This is the calculation I used.

1 Apr to 30 Apr is 30 days. But if you subtract 30'days using this calc it gives the date of 31 Mar.

Open an excel sheet and do the subtraction for both examples mentioned.
You may be correct and I only want you to be in the safe zone.

Re: ILR Application Clarificiation

Senior members, please assist. If you could re-schedule/or re-book your appointment, then you could skip your husband's application OR If your husband does not attend the appointment, you would lose the booking fee of £100. Extension should be still available for dependants. It ends only for primary...

Re: ILR Appointment

08 Apr 2015 is 29 days before 06May.. Please can someone double check this?

Bank statements/Payslips look fine.,
You can claim points for previous earnings for any single, consecutive 12 month period from the 15 months immediately before application.

Re: ILR Cover Letter and List of Docs

Agree they are irrelevant, and I am not sure if the CW reviewed them as I was asked to be in waiting area while my case was under consideration. However, I don't think they have been looked into - I split the docs and placed them in separate folders e.g. Main imp. docs - which are very relevant to t...
