Why PSW at risk not the IGS. I dont kno much about the fate of PSW actually, although i am also awaiting psw. Can we not switch to tier 1/2 or any dependent visa in or out of the country. Can wait tell me more about the risks awaiting 4 us as poor PSW!

i didnt say they r lieing. Rather I depend so much on this forum. I was planning to withdraw my application n i stopped thinking of that now after i saw ppl r getting visas. I am changing such big decision depending on ppl's news, thts y i dont wanted it to turn into a false hope. hope u understand ..
But segex , how can i get my case workers details. As the only letter i got from HO is the notification of my application. There is no contact details even.

Thanx vinny for replying. I am not clear from the links you gave whether i can vary psw application to tier2. is it worth 2 see a lawer or speak to HO. But most of the time I cannot rely on HO, as different ppl picks the phn up different time n advice differently.
I m waiting for 7 months for psw now. by this time my bank account has also been closed due to some unknown reason. but b4 application my maintainence fund was ok. now i am doing banking e other bank but i didnt let it kno to HO as i think my previous bank can still help them if they make any quiery...
