Hi Amitagar, Unfortunately the section is not so clear about the fact that everyone who comes to H4 needs to skip to J1. There have been cases like yours where people have gone to H5 and then skipped to Section K. However, if you do that the form would be incomplete. Check this thread for one such ...

Hi there:

I have accidentally used 2 ball point pens - each being a different colour - Blue and black. Could somebody please tell me whether I need to refill these sections or this is not a big mistake and I can send the form as it is.

Dear All, I am currently on HSMP Visa getting expired on 2nd Jan 2010.
