fresh new application while decision pending

Hello everyone. My psw was refused due to lack of funding during the 3 months prior to application. At the moment we finished the appeal, reconsideration and preparing for the high court. I was wondering if we can make a fresh new application under such circumstance within UK, as we now could easily...

Hello all,

Thanx for all the info till now. Just another thing, I still haven't got any lawyer, but intend to hire a lawyer when I take it to high court. Can anyone give me some approximate idea how much I could cost me (excluding that £400 for the court expenses)

The applicant is actually my wife, who's finished her PhD and doing a part-time job with approximately £8K/annum. Me on the other hand was on student dependent visa, finished my PhD at the same time ...

Dear parham.r
Thanx ever so much for the reply. I was actually wondering about the approximate time length (days) for them to take the decesion regarding the reconsideration, that way I could plan certain personal things ahead

Hello everyone.

I've got my psw appeal refused today and preparing the application for reconsideration right now. I am not really optimistic about the result, but was wondering how much more time this might give me to stay in UK. Also, am I still eligible to work as before until I get the reply?
