But when i read the policy guidance point no 172. If you are already on tier 2 visa. You will get 10 points awarded.. so i am confused.. can any experts clarify my doubt before proceeding..

Hello guys, I have a query regarding my tier 2 extension application, i got tier 2 application accepted on 2nd august 2017 which is going to end in 1st august 2018. Now i got extension with the same employer with the same SOC code. Rmlt exempt. And i recieved cos for further 4 more years till august...

i got my psw visa based on pg diploma from birmingham international college.. and my query is that. is this pg diploma is still valid for ilr(english language requirement) please if yes then can you provide any links which suggests and where to check whether the college degree is still valid or not....

bro...its better to involve ur local mp in this matter..this will help you for sure..or ask your solicitor to write a letter to home office..

atlast waiting is over..she got biometric yesterday. hope everyone will get through this obstacles i wish u all the best for rest of the guys, time line is big...april 5th 2014 applied for entrepreneur visa refused on may 233rd 2014 with no appeal right because of valid visa.. applied for jr..refuse...

Actually she switched from tier 4 to tier 1 entrepreneur. she is legally entitled to work 20 hours as per old visa category..does she can involve in to business without valid visa...that is the main question..and case got reconsidered from JR...does she have work right in uk under old visa rules... ...
