I entered the UK on 30 Sep 1999 as a student. My current LTR is HSMP which expires on 25 sep 2009, just 5 days before I reach the 10 year physical stay mark. Will I be refused if I make an application. Am I somehow covered by the 28 day rule or do I need to apply for some sort of extension. Please h...
