Re: Irish Spouse Visa Appeal refused

I applied to the UK for a Civil Partnership visa for a filipino national and this was also refused. I spoke to a lawyer after and she told me that they would not grant a visa as both of us are not living in the UK. I will try again next year to apply for a tourist visa for my friend to come to Irela...

The real question is what happens if you send all the documents to INIS as is stated on their website.

Re: Urgent Help - Entry Visa Ireland Marriageable Age

Is this a forced marriage ? Why do you want to come to Ireland ? Do you have a job or reason to want to be in Ireland ?

Re: Uk/Irish National and US Citizen Residency application.

Hi, I am in a similar position . I tried the Immigrant Council and INIS for info on this and it is all very vague .I doubt if an Immigrant solicitor would be able to provide some clarity either . I do not like the idea of posting all the documents and passports as they suggest in option B ! I have a...

Non EU Spouse of Irish National

I am thinking of having a civil partnership with a visa required Filipino national. The new policy regarding family reunification has changed. I am living in Ireland but do not meet the financial requirements . I can have the ceremony in an approved country that is recognised by the Irish state. I c...

Re: Visa Application Documents not returned.

well, then its as simple as going to their offices in dublin - nobody can deny your access to a public office. and this will actually embarrass them I could end up by going with a placard and getting photos taken for a newspaper if this persists. I think they may have kept them to investigate me ?

Re: Visa Application Documents not returned.

I applied for a shot stay tourist visa. I sent copies of the original certs and stated I wanted them returned. The documents that were returned were not copied and I did not need them returned . I got the impression that the application was not even looked at properly. The refusal letter was signed ...

Re: can an illegal immigrant get married in republic of irel

There is still no law to prevent a marriage/ceromony . The marriage register if they are suspicious can contact INIS ,the outcome is a grey area.
A divorce cert if married previously, apostle cert and passport are all that is required.

Visa Application Documents not returned.

Hi, I made a visa application as a sponsor for a Filipino citizen . The visa and appeal were refused . The refusal letter disputed most of the information and documents sent. This was like an attack on my character as it suggested the application was false. I can put this behind me but for the fact ...

Re: Dublin Airport Transit Question

Check this link http://www.immigrationboards.com/ireland/dublin-airport-transit-question-t79416.html I am not sure how correct this is ?? What you are saying is that if you are not a transit visa required national you still require a visitor c visa to transit as you pass immigration. Dublin does not...

Hi, Thanks for the reply . There are English classes that qualify for student visas for 3 or 6 months . I doubt if social welfare would give a payment before a civil partnership was made . The more likely option is a stamp 3 visa for a period no work ,no welfare to prove the relationship. In the eve...

Hi, You do not give your wife's nationality .Where were you married, is the marriage recognised in Ireland. The amount of 1000 euro in the bank account is low . When you apply eg for a study visa for a non eu the required amount in the bank account should be minimum 7000 euro. I think if they wanted...

Tourist Visa

Hi,
I was wondering how much do INIS check the documents for a tourist visa .There is an emphasis on the persons need to return to the home country if working or a student there. My friend that I want to sponsor has only registered for college .I am not sure if they would accept this.

Solicitor ,annulment ,separation.

Hi, The solicitor seems to think because we did not have sex that is the same as living apart ?I divorced 5 years ago and this was not the case before. Annulment

Hi, I wish to apply for an annulment .The grounds are that I was forced into marrying a non national against my better judgement so she could get residence ie I was told that she would not live with me unless I did .Then 6 months into the marriage she lost interest and then did not have sex with me....
