@ seagul. You need to accept your statement is rude and offensive. I cant understand why you are still allowed to be using the forum when you have breached the guiding rules. Its not a good precedence to the law abiding members. Your defence is afterthought.

I have same experience as am still waiting for HO to refund my appeal fees as directed by the FTT since April. All emails and letter of complaint were not replied. One of my friend has same problem of appeal fees refund of £520 for the family. I think it has become an habit to hold on to appeal fees...

My wife is in Uk on 6mths family visit visa.

a. How long can she stay in UK because we planning to reapply for 2years family visit visa later this year?

b. How many months bank statement will be needed for renewal?
