Hi every one, One of my friend had applied for tier 2 (work permit) before 3 months.Unfortunately home office refuse his application today.Now his IGS visa has expired too in may.he just want to know, Can he apply for IGS extension(Post study) now?or what,s are the best option for him. thanks a lot...
