bad credit history wont effect your application but bankurpcy will. but how do you know about that did u declared by the court or do u now about anything like that.

I'm sure the fees will change soon though seeing that they have a consultation on fees to charge and we are in a recession, they can always get money off migrants like us. I am not going to wait as at the end of the month they'll have my application do it as soon as possbilbe nobody has trust on UK...

thats good so no need to apply for permanant residentcy (if u have already ILR before july 2011) so autumaticaly be considered as PR
