Have you tried credit file agencies like CreditExpert. I can see all my previous addresses and dates I moved as I notified my bank of my change of address every time I moved my house.

I would think it's very rare for a person with PR to also qualify for ILR. The only thing that springs to mind is 10 years legal stay route. But I don't think it's an option as these 10 years legal stay has to be within immigration rules and as you probably aware time spent under EU route is outside...

I have been resident in the UK since 2003 and never illegally! Travelled in 2004 for 10 days and in 2007 for 15 days.Those are the only times i've bn out of the UK since 2003. Do these 50,000 include EU migrants?

If so I wonder how would they work out number of EU migrants settling in? Don't think many EU folks bother applying for Permanent Residence card as it's just a confirmation of their status. Their non-EU family members will certainly apply.
