No. If you show 2830 for 7 months, your earnings will be 19810 GBP and you will fall in the Under 25,000 slab which will give you 0 points. When I said, pro rata, i meant that they will not consider 2830 per month for 12 months which will put you in 30,000 to 34,999 slab. http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/...

The guidelines mention that you can claim points for any period less than 12 months but they will not be considered on a pro rata basis. Thanks for the reply but can you kindly elaborate the 'pro rata basis' or in short, simply tell me that can I show my earnings of the last 7 months only with 2830...

Mind you, you get a chance to appeal only if you've submitted the application before your visa expires.... So if you are sending out your passport after 14/15 days of the current visa expiry date then you will not get the chance to appeal, in case they reject it. I would personally suggest you to ta...

Explained the Judge myself that for those 2 days, where my funds went below the required 800, I had an available balance of 1100 pounds in the other account. J...

I had my hearing yesterday near Chancrey Lane tube station London. After waiting for 4 hours, I had my call and really liked it when I found out that there was no home office representative. But anyway, after explaining my case to the judge, all he said was "yeah, its quite understandable but I...

Does somebody come 2 represent 'Home Office' on the hearing?

And one more thing...

God forbid, if the result of the hearing goes against me, how much time will I get to leave the country?

Thanks a lot.

Waiting for the answer to both questions...

IGS - PSW rejected coz the balance went below 800 for 2 days
