Visit Visa for my Parents

Hi,

I am on TIER1 and came to UK on 3rd December. I want to call my parents for 1 month. My father and mother are both retired from Indian Government job. Can someone please tell me what documents I and my parents have to show ?

Is there any sponsership letter format ?

1. Do I need to take National Insurance number for my wife also ?

2. How do I register with NHS ?

3. Is it some particular type of Chest XRAY or simple chest XRAY ? Do I need some health certificate from some doctor supporting XRAY ?

Anyone experiencing delays from Delhi Home Office ?

I applied dependent visa for my wife and son on 26th October and still have not got VISA . I was expecting this to be done quickly and even I saw someone post that application made in Bangalore are processed in just 2 days.

Anyone facing same kind of delays ?

Also one question more : On my Tier1 visa I have dependents listed as 0 as when applying for my VISA I didn't gave my dependents details. Is this problem ?

I got my Tier1 last week and now I want to apply tier1 for my dependents (wife and son) before I travel to UK . Can I do this ? If yes what documents do I need ?

My son's birth ceritifcate does not have his name on it , it has date of birth and both the parents name. Is that a problem ?

I got my TIER1 Stamped today.

Applied : 07th August

Got Passport: 20th August with Tier2 stamp by mistake.

21st August: All day at embassy to got it rectified and finally got tier 1 :)
