Most of the umbrella companies in the UK are used by the contractors who instead of having their own limited company, will use their service. And they will not sponsor work permit. They will take on board only those who are legally permitted to work in the UK such as ILR holders or HSMP. And nowaday...

The six months gap is from oct 2005 to march 2006. So, i think i need to wait until next march to naturalise.
Regarding the baby's visa, yes, mother has ILR. This should mean that the baby should also get an ILR stamped at chennai. Atleast, that is what i thought.

To make things clearer, am I right in saying that a person who has a green vignette sticker ( or an ink stamp for that matter) on a valid passport do not have to go for a photo permit until the passport expires?. Thanks
