what visa a child can apply please confirm

Hi,
Both parents got Leave to Remain "parent route", my daughter is 8 years old, and currently doesn't have any leave, just wanted to know what visa would i be applying for her, and what form please? Will she be going for same FP? or it be ILR? She is born in UK.

Yes we applied withing 28 days.. visa expired on 17 June, and we applied her 2nd application on 30th June (FLR M) which was later varid as stated above.

Hi, Apologies i do not remember exact dates right now, I have question related my wife 10 years lawful residency, below is a bit history: 1. wife arrived dec 2009 she had valid leave until refused in june 2016 2. After refusal, we then applied for FLR M within 28 days rule in June 2016 (out of time)...

I think you should go to a good barrister or solicitor they can advise better. its is for 7 Year child route... ive seen in one of the posts, where applicant has mentioned that they sent sociala worker report and WHO report.. so clarifying re WHO
