so you've to choose one option for first language and other for second.

so english would be ur first language , u can claim points for english once ...

yes that is true, main applicant can save application fee by not including spouce which is not really a good idea.
If your spouce applies later then process is quite lengthy.

If ur previous education ( bachelors degree ) is in IT then YES, if its not then chances are less.
U need to have a degree equivalent to Australian bachelors or masters degree + 4 years experience.

U r only exempted from IELTS if u r born in ( Australia, Newzealand, USA, Canada ) ....
otherwise there is no possibility without IELTS. In july immigration rules are changing ........ the lowest would be 7 each ........

You dont need IELTS if u r born in USA, otherwise u need it.
You dont neet to leave USA, u can get ur visa processed and stamped in USA.

Was it an application for entry clearance ? or was it for further leave to remain ( visa extension ) ? In either cases u can still apply for australian visa . Important thing is that u've to submit passport with your application to australian embassy. and ur passport has a refusal stamp on it .... (...

Why dont u apply from a different embassy ? You've an option of 25 embassies ....


even after ur ILR , you've to fulfill all requirements and processing time is no different.
