Well, I have much stronger wish: Not depending on when you will get your degree? But When you have got your visa? Any one who gets his/her visa, with the understanding of PSW, before the announcement of its closure should be eligible to obtain PSW whether its April 2011 or April 2013 – 2014. This...

I agree with you fibreman, but don't you think Sep was the likely implementation month from the very start of this process. The very first speech Mr. Green made on this subject, he was very clear that these proposals will be implemented from the next academic year and thats on record. Today, he said...

I guess this whole argument of settlement is a "Bogus" one. Perhaps, Govt. is concentrating too much on "Bogus" colleges  TBH, In this day and age, Govt. must concentrate on economy instead of playing politics!!! Not a single set of data confirm's what Govt. is saying about...

You don't need to apply for new visa.
However, if you have BRP, you need to notify them about changes(Including Address).

Read the BRP leaflet carefully!!

May 2011 is not significant in ANY respect! WRS scheme was not that difficult to register with as was not capped or prohibitively designed. So, nothing is going to be different from May 2011! If it had been similar to the transitional arrangement for the Romanian/Bulgarians- that would have been a ...

Re: Fate of Long Residency

If you read all press conferences and speched, this is clear there would be no long residency rules for settlement.
