Can a work permit dependant legally stay and work in UK while the Main applicant is back in India for a few months?

Hello Ash786,
He will be applying as the Main applicant for the Tier 1. And this will be done from India. I will also be in India at that time. Will that still cause a problem for him to get the approval?
