some of my friends got their file back it 12 to 13 days, and all had secured their visas where as i got my file back in 8 days but i didnt get the visas.
so if it takes 12 or more days to get the file, it is more likely that u may have got ur student visas.
all i want to ask is that would re-application (administrative review) or fresh application or appeal be preferable for me ? and anyone out there who was denied under 320 (7a), got visas later ?? what procedure did you follow ? plz guys reply fast, as my college extension period gets over by end of ...
