How long is it taking these days for Without Condition As To Time stamp.
We applied and been waiting 3 weeks to get passports returned.

Took the Oath Of Fidelity on 11/09/2009, and posted the same day by registered post.
Got a letter confirming receipt on my documents. In fact i had even sent them my oiginal passport, called them and they posted it back.
But still no sign on the certificate.
The stuggle continues
