Yes ..i know about this thats why i replied in detail. same happened to one of my friend and he was afraid that he will miss it but the courier company tried to delibver on his old address but he tenants couldnt provide id proof so they just sent him sms and email to collect it from nearby office .....

Your wife can apply for tier1 dependant visa and yes , she need to sitch from psw to tier1 dependant from home country.. she is not applying in advance ..she is switching from one category to another one and that shouldnt be a problem

Hi Susheel, thanks for the valuable information. I have a query. my wife is applying the DP visa in this month 12th ( i.e July 12th). I have bank statements for the last 6 months upto 1st July.
