you mean if they write 'No Work' on the visa then i can contact and ask them to change it and give me the right to work?

paragraph 77 states that 'Employment may be permitted...' not 'Employment must be permitted', it means that there is an equal chance that the spouse might have no right to work in UK.

i am still not clear because someone has told me that there is a difference between student under tier 4 and others and that i have to go back to my country to apply for a spouse visa, so could you please explain.

Applying for a student visa for a different course.

i am on student visa in UK and my course end date is Nov 2009, i want to take admission in another course, do i have to go back to my country and apply for a new visa or can i extend my existing visa while living in UK, my existing visa is ending in Dec 2009?

i am currently on student visa and my extension is due in Dec2009, i am getting married to someone who also has a student visa but she is doing her research and she wont be leaving UK in the next 4 years, so i simply want to apply for a spouse visa instead of student but one thing which i am not sur...
