In any case, the no.of loans a person has taken has no bearing in this regard. As long as you are able to substantiate your earnings - i.e. your pay as per payslip and the cr...

Re: Extension of Stay - How many times can you extend?

You can apply for extension till you are eligible to get the ILR. You are eligible to apply for ILR 5 years after first entry into the UK on HSMP/Tier 1 General. Thanks. That's interesting. Do you know if this multiple extension is listed anywhere in the Policy Guidance doc or any place on UKBA web...

Extension of Stay - How many times can you extend?

If one has a Tier 1 (Gen) visa, how many times can one extend the stay? In order to apply for ILR, you need to have lived in UK for 5 years. Validity of Tier 1 initial visa is 3 years, then you can extend for 2 years. After the first extension, can you apply for the 2nd extension again? And for the ...

Re: Mysterious policy at VFS centre Bangalore?!

Wow...they are making sure that you do not apply for appeal(in urfirtunate case of rejection) as you knew you were submitting incomplete evidence. What can be done to thwart it? Should I write to BHC about this? Well you can write after you receive your approval ;-) If VFS is doing this, may be the...

Don't qualify under MBA transitional arrangements either. Its just Master's points that I can claim. If course of study is not listed in drop-down in exact words "Business Administration", then do I need to get NARIC letter of comparability?
