can she travel on this type of visa? to countries like spain? france? or can she only visit the countries that her cuban passport entitles her to without having to be invited, i think in europe there are only a few like serbia, montenegro.

The visa application fee was paid for when she handed in the papers. The man on the phone said the decision is ready and she just needs to go in. I know it's a little bit different in Cuba with the paperwork! I hope it's a yes :-)

Re: renting

Thanks for the link. But it just says proof of accomadation, is there anything more specific? That to me means a letter from my landlord saying i am staying there and he is happy to let me wife stay as well. It has listed most things you need, a rental agreement is a must, a letter from landlord is...

Re: renting

You'll need to submit evidence of the size of the property and rooms to show it won't be overcrowded. Your cousin will also have to submit a letter agreeing to you living there and if he has a mortgage on the property, a copy of the mortgage agreement. If he owns it outright, a copy of the deeds. I...

We are married by Cuban law and we plan to marry here, so which visa would I apply for ?

I could ask her sister to apply via family visa if all else fails.

Ok so we can get married via coa but that can take a while or we could get married in a Anglican church if i can find someone that believes the marriage is genuine. She is approaching her 2nd month of her 6 month visa.
