Hi, I've got ILR and applying for my wife's dependent visa (FLR M), she is currently in the UK. I have also got an 18months old son who is an American national, got American passport and also currently in the UK, visiting me (with no visa as american national don't need a visa for atleast six months...

Because it has asked in Section 5 of SET (O) form about finances, and in Section 10 (Documents) under the heading of 'your finances', page 32, it has asked for the 'Evidance of finances' e.g. pay slips, bank statements as evidance of my ability to maintain and accomodate myself.

they only reason i wanted to send it to the same address is because my supporting evidance i.e. payslips, bank statements etc should be used to deal with both application form SET (O) and FLR (M) If i send the forms to different addresses then i will not be able to send the supporting docs with each...

Hi,
I am currently living in the UK under Tier 1 General visa and my wife has got a dependent visa on me.

We are expecting our first child and i was wondering would he/she require a visa as well or what is the overall procedure regarding this.
