Understand the earliest to apply is 28 days before visa expire. Is the 28 days count as working days not include weekend. Example if the expiry date is 19th Dec 13 so the earliest to apply is 11th Nov 13, am i right? It is 28 days, which includes counting weekends, so about the 22nd November Thanks...

Unfortunately the IELTS score will have to be valid for it to be accepted. Rather than sit for ESOL which is new to you, why not re-sit IELTS which you are more familiar with? There is no two year extension for the visa. You have to get married within the 6 months. Are you guys thinking of getting married or to stay together as unmarried partners? You will not qualify under the immigration rules for Settlement as unmarried partner, as you don't meet the requirement, however you can qualify for fiance visa, provided you intend on getting married once in the UK...
