photo copies for premium appointment?

Hello I've only just noticed the footnote on the application about "required photocopies"....does this mean I have to bring photocopies of everything I am submitting? (application, bills, letters, statements, passports etc) I thought the premium service can at least include photocopying co...

SET(M) premium application Aug Timeline. documents question?

Hi I thought I'd start a timeline for my SET(M) application here for info, this board has been immense help in my previous PSW visa and Spouse BRP applications. I will update as I go along. I have booked a morning slot for premium service at Croydon PEO on 20 August. It is very close to my 26th expi...

Re: SET(O) and SET(M) applications - June 2013 Timelines

Hello Which SCS did you go to? I'm thinking about using the SCS but would need my ILR visa by November as I have a holiday booked. I thought I'd risk it and save money with the SCS. I have a BRP card from my spouse visa, but do I need to do a new one for the SET(M)? Or do I just post my existing one...

thank you

I'm just split between choosing the premium service as there are still some dates in August I can attend, but using SCS saves me nearly 300 quid!

I do have a holiday booked in November so just a bit nervous about this thing taking more than 8 weeks...

Using Settlement Checking Service, recent waiting times?

I'm thinking about using the SCS, but can't seem to find any recent timelines that have used this route. I'll be applying in August but I would need my approval in 2 months time...has anyone recently used this service?

thank you!

I have already enquired about the settlement checking service in Islington, London as the Croydon PEO says " Private appointments are not available." on the UKBA website. :(

Does this mean I will be paying the "in person" fee or "by post" fee?

SETM or FLRM? which to use?

Hello I've entered the UK in July 2007 originally on a student visa studying MA. I got my leave to remain as a spouse on 30 Aug 2011. My husband is a British citizen. So now do I use FLR(M) or SET(M) for my ILR visa? And do I need to have my old visas on my old passport (my student visa and my PSW) ...

but I can go for ILR?

You can apply for ILR up to 28 days before you current visa expires, which is anytime from 30th July - June is far too early and yes, you will have to wait till you get to this 28 day before expiry window. Thank you for such a swift reply! So I am eligible for the ILR rather than extending my spous...

Re: Interactive FLR form for in-person application?

Can one fill out the interactive FLR form and pay online for the premium service? Or Do I have to fill out the paper form and take it with me to the office? For forms applied in person it says I can get my biometrics enroled on the day of applying, but does that apply for all £850 in-person applic...

FLRM app: proof of English documents

This might be getting a bit tedious, but are my transcript & letter of confirmation from my college in the USA dated 2006 (the year I graduated) any good for my FLRM app? My transcript has my old address in the States too. Are they going to ask for something that is dated more recently and with ...

Hi, My wife just got her FLR(M) approval today. She had applied for a premium service. The interactive FLR form is perfectly safe and easy to use. ALso, make sure you pay online - this will save you a lot of time when you got to the PEO. Your biometrics will be done on the same day - before your ap...

You can book appointments using the online system, you can select your dates and see what times are available. It seems like you can see available time slots for about 1.5-2 months in advance, but I was looking for a different type of visa appointment so this is just an estimate for you!

that sounds like a good idea-
Would it be advisable I do that now? or if I had an appeal would the bank statements I would assume they'd have to be stamped within a month of the rejection date rather than the original application date?
