every one i got PSW after ten weeks.
appled on 7 Aug,09 ,received letter for HO again bank statements were requested on 21Oct ,Posted them all required bank statements same day again , Today i received my passport .

Hi , in case of dependant visa near to me it is better if u manage balance 2800 pounds because Tier1 mostly cases requirement for dependants. In case of ur brother he have to show why he want to visit and funds in his bank statements .U can send him ur bank statement plus letter of support that u wi...

simply go homeoffice website , find form change circumstances and fi it and send them .
they will send ur application back , but u will loose ur fees if you have student visa gud idea wait , if they asked u again to fil new form u can.

when every i came back from my home country they check my case on airport, first immigration office allway stop me , then after checking their main data base , they let me know u can go now.
