as long as you have salary slips and bank statements which corroborate with each other showing that you paid tax then you have nothing to worry about.

if the employer is deducting tax but not passing it on then it is employer's responsibility not yours.

PEO appointment

just a generic question. My wife isn't applying with me at PEO, can she still go with me inside the PEO and wait in the waiting area?

Solihull please?

that should be fine. I had the same issue, there wasn't a pre printed letter head and they have word document which contained the letter head, address etc. i posted my extension application and every payslip was signed by hr finance person and a letter was also provided. can't see any issues with that

i would get them signed by accounts department/HR and ask them to provide a letter stating that. I had to do it for my extension application as my company do not have any stamps on them

Perhaps that is the reason that you have had to bump your topic unnecessarily.

Think!!

alright, point noted. many people on here post FLR(M) questions here.

you should be fine.

on your payslip, you should have a listing as: Gross for Tax which will show the salary minus the expenses. Gross salary is what is comulative of last 12 months.

its pretty standard. nothing to worry about

UKBA IT system is shite and one cannot rely on that. there have been instances when someone's appointment got cancelled without any notice and was advised to apply by post.
