Re: Query regarding Naturalisation

Thanks.

I am a naturalised british citizen, got mine in 2014 after which I applied for my wife's ILR which was granted.
I was under impression that we have to wait for 12 months after ILR to apply for naturalisation.

Re: Family Visitor visa applicant: help needed

If the Mother in law has not got a bank account then it doesn't matter. If she has a son / daughter working and live with her then she can use financial docs from them. I would write a covering letter which making it very clear that you are sponsoring her visit. Take into accoutn £50 / day and apply...

Sponsor's Passport

Hi,
hope someone can clear a doubt for me.

I will be applying for my wife's ILR on SET(M).

If I am not mistaken reading the form, I can attach copies of ALL pages of my passport and not send the original ? Am I correct or the only way is to use NCS ?

thanks in advance

Re: Mother Visit Visa Rejected

I originally sent my complaint to UKVI in here. It then got fowarded to ECO at Abu Dhabi. I then received an email from ECM at Abu Dhabi branch (no names were mentioned) to let me know of the mistakes and reconsideration. I then had a call from Abu Dhabi branch on Monday and was told about decision ...

Re: Mother Visit Visa Rejected

exactly my point.

re-applying also means you pay the FEE again, you get the supporting docs updated etc etc etc.

my mothers visa got refused around 14th august and it took a month to get them to reconsider / re-issue so it takes same amount of time I think

Re: Mother Visit Visa Rejected

another update. Had a call from Abu Dhabi branch Duty ECO and they have now overturned the original decision and will now stamp the passport with visa.

So if you think a genuine mistake has been made as in my case then DO NOT re-apply, get them to reconsider it.
