Finally

Hi Guys,

Finally today i received my Indefinite leave to remain after 10 weeks. Best of luck to all waiting . It is really hard & frustrating to wait wait & wait. And please let me know if i can be of any assistance in anyway.

hi

I was talking to a solicitor about it few days ago about over stayed people getting married and he said it's possible & he had a certain case with him which got thru successfully. I will advice u to consult a solicitor before u go for it . Best Of luck

Before June

Hi

Mostly people I know who applied before June got there ILR within 6 weeks. I have enquired with few different solicitors they are saying at present it's taking 12-14 weeks.

Waiting Times

Hi I applied for ILR Set (M) on 20th June 2009, received the acknowledgement letter & payment was deducted on 23rd June 2009. It's been 10 weeks todate. Today i called the Home Office to check the progress on my application the guy on the fone said I have to wait 14 weeks before I can call them....
