I want to know that do Tier-2 Visa require a Master's Degree for the applicant (when the Employer files the Visa on behalf of him/ her), under the new rules after 1st April 2009?

Does anyone know which are the Post Graduate Diplomas (or Executive MBAs / Part time MBAs) from which institutes- that qualify as Masters, By NARIC?
