Congratulations!! When do they charge fee? Did they check your ILR eligibility period (as you were 35 days late arrival) before or after charging the fee? I myself arrived 49 days late and booking for appointment and fear that I might loose the fee in case some case worker take this seriously? Thanks

Hi,

I am trying to book an appointment for ILR. What option should I select from the list "Which service are you applying for?" as there is no option for ILR?

I am on Tier1-G at the moment.

Thanks

Hi GG2011, Have you noticed the bold sentence in this para: In cases where the applicant has delayed their entry to the UK by less than 3 months (the delay can therefore be disregarded), and their PEO appointment is earlier than 5 years after their Entry Clearance date, they will not be allowed to s...

Hi, Few days ago I posted a thread regarding applying for ILR by post or going through PEO appointment in case of late arrival in UK. Everyone adviced me that it is ok to apply through appointment. The thread is http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=102308&highlight= Later I sent an e...

Is Application by Post or by appointment, which one better?

Hi linkers,

I have checked the email address and it is correct (SettlementOpsPolicy@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk)

Should I send it again or is there some other email address where I can send it. What was subject of your email?

Thanks

Thanks innocentdevil & srikp
@Srikp Is this rule will be applied to all applications that fall in this category or its on the discrition of the case worker as the wording here is confusing
Caseworkers may count the period
Anyone have personal experience like this? Please comment!
