But as per the new rules, 3 months late entry to UK is acceptable. which means if you complete 4 years 9 months stay in UK, you are eligible to apply for ILR. Hi, I got my initial TIER 1 visa on 11 January 2009, but entered UK on 16 April 2009. That means entered UK after 3 months 5 days. I applied for visa extension in 09 January 2012. I have all my account details and signed and stamped by them. But my only concern is it is not having my residential address on the statement. Since I got it in hand, address is not printed.

But recently one of my friend applied for himself first showing 2800 GBP. Later he applied for his wife and kid (when he was in India itself) showing 1600 + 1600 GBP. He got the visas for them.
