Thanks for the advice. I think I might have to resort to such an action as I feel 9 weeks is just too long.

Its an incredible let down after receiving some justice with a successful appeal at the tribunal to then wait 2-3 months for a stamp that has already bee approved.

Hi there, Have you heard from the HO?? I am in the same position. MY appeal was approved and I have been waiting more than 8 weeks for someone to write and request my passport to give me the stamp!! I have already missed my flight to Australia... I am also wondering what the turnaround is once you s...
